Direct Debit

Direct Debit is our preferred method of payment. By setting up a direct debit, you are covered by the direct debit guarantee and you do not need to worry about being charged additional fees or interest if you forget to make a payment. We accept payments in Pound Sterling only. Euro may be accepted if there is a note on your invoice with an equivalent Euro payment amount. This amount is calculated by our bank at the time of invoicing. We do not earn commission from exchange rates.

Debit/Credit Card

Due to strict rules on security and data handling, we are only able to take debit and credit card payments on-site. We are able to accept all major debit and credit cards with the exception of American Express.

PayPal

If you would prefer to pay us using your PayPal account, please send the full payment plus a 3.75% service charge to [email protected] or use the link on your invoice. Card payments made using PayPal will be shown as “PAYPAL *GLEN CHESS” on your financial statement.

Other Payment Methods

We do not accept any other forms of payment. We are unable to accept cheques. Please consider using one of the payment methods above.

Additional Details

If payments do not clear in full within 14 calendar days of the invoice date or within the prearranged time conditions set by your contract, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee and interest on any outstanding balance. The current administrative fee is £100 and the current interest rate is 299% APR. Interest charges accrue daily after the 14 day period. Thank you for your understanding.
